1a. Target audience
This offer is primarily intended for professional users and organizations. However, consumers may also purchase under the conditions described below. All legal rights applicable to consumers remain unaffected.
2. Website content – terms of use
2.1 Protected content. All texts, graphics, logos, photos, PDFs, downloads and other content on this website, including the PLwheel, PMwheel, #52questions and book excerpts, are protected by copyright and ancillary rights.
2.2 Permitted use. You may read our pages, share links to them, and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the source. Deep links are welcome.
2.3 Not permitted. Downloading, copying, redistributing, republishing, automated extraction (scraping), mirroring, framing or embedding that suggests our content is part of another site, or using our content to train models, without prior written permission.
2.4 Press and media kit. Logos and press photos explicitly provided in a press area may be used for editorial coverage of Petra Wille or Product at Heart with attribution. All other uses require consent.
2.5 Third-party rights. Third-party names, photos and logos remain with their owners.
2.6 Copyright complaints (notice and takedown). If you believe content infringes your rights, email office@petra-wille.de with (i) a description of the work or right, (ii) the exact URL, (iii) contact details, and (iv) a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized. We will review promptly and remove content where appropriate.
2.7 Trademarks. PLwheel and PMwheel are trademarks or distinctive marks of Petra Wille. Other names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
3. Offer and service description (digital products and courses)
The product page specifies the course title, what is included or excluded, the schedule (for example number of emails and cadence), the start (immediately after purchase or cohort start), and any add-ons (for example community or live sessions). Digital content is delivered by email. You need a valid email address and standard internet and email access.
Optional live Q&A sessions are offered as part of some courses. These sessions are not recorded and participation is voluntary. Attending live sessions is not required to complete the course. There are no exams, tasks, or completion criteria. Participants are responsible for managing their own learning.
4. Prices, taxes, payment
All prices shown are total prices including applicable VAT. If your location requires a different VAT rate, the final total will be calculated and shown before you place your order. Payment methods are displayed at checkout. Invoices are provided electronically.
5. Order process and conclusion of contract
Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your details. By clicking the final button “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen” or “Order with obligation to pay”, you place a binding order. We confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation or upon commencement of delivery. We store the contract text and will make it available upon request. You can also save or print the order confirmation.
6. Provision of digital content
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, delivery starts as specified there, either immediately after purchase or on the cohort start date. Delivery may occur in sequences, for example weekly emails. Please ensure our emails are not blocked by filters and consider whitelisting our sender address.
6a. Service availability
Temporary interruptions, for example maintenance or updates, may occur. We restore access without undue delay.
6b. No guarantees of outcomes
The course is educational. We do not promise specific results. Decisions and implementation remain your responsibility.
7. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Early expiry for digital content: You may expressly request that we begin delivery before the end of the withdrawal period. If you do so, and confirm you understand that you will lose your withdrawal right once performance starts, your right of withdrawal expires at that point (section 356(5) BGB).
Withdrawal period: 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.
To withdraw: Notify us (Petra Wille, Ritterstr. 8, 22089 Hamburg, office@petra-wille.de) by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the model form below.
Model form (optional): "I/We () hereby withdraw from my/our () contract for the purchase of the following digital content/service (), ordered on () / received on (). Name, address, email, date, signature (only if sent on paper). () Delete as applicable."
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. Refunds use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
8. Subscriptions or ongoing access (only if applicable)
If offered on a subscription basis, the minimum term, renewal, billing cycle and notice period appear on the product page. You can cancel online via your account or the “Cancel contracts” link, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
9. Intellectual property and license to course materials
All course materials, including emails, worksheets, PDFs, videos, audio and templates, remain the intellectual property of Petra Wille. With purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning. You may not share, publish, sell, sublicense, provide to third parties, or otherwise redistribute the materials or access credentials. If editable templates are provided, you may adapt them for your own work but may not redistribute the templates themselves. Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
10. Community and live sessions (if included)
Treat other participants with respect. We may exclude participants who violate community guidelines or the law. In serious cases we may terminate access for cause.
If your course includes live sessions, participation is limited to the cohort corresponding to your purchase month. You will receive a link to a course page showing the available session dates for your cohort. It is your responsibility to sign up in time. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or transferred to future cohorts.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations). In that case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
12. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to digital content and services.
13. Offsetting and retention
You may offset only with undisputed or legally established claims. A right of retention exists only for claims arising from this contractual relationship.
14. Consumer dispute resolution (section 36 VSBG)
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU ODR platform has been discontinued.
15. Governing law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG). For consumers with habitual residence in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), the exclusive venue is Hamburg.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for future orders. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
17. Legal note for customers in Germany (FernUSG)
For participants based in Germany: This course is not subject to approval by the ZFU (Staatliche Zentralstelle für Fernunterricht), as it does not meet the criteria outlined in §1 FernUSG. In particular:
The live Q&A sessions are optional and not required for course completion
The live sessions are not recorded
There are no exams, tasks, or other forms of learner assessment
No certificate is issued at the end of the course
Participants are solely responsible for their own learning progress
This course is therefore not considered a distance learning program as defined by the Fernunterrichtsschutzgesetz (FernUSG), and ZFU approval is not required.
