Yet, no matter how many leaders I’ve worked with, one challenge has always loomed in the back of my mind: Coaching doesn’t scale. And this made me ask, “How can I help more leaders? How can I offer guidance beyond just the people development aspect—what I covered in STRONG Product People—to something broader and more holistic?”

Today, I’m thrilled to share the answer: my 52-week email course for product leaders.

The Start of the Journey

When I wrote STRONG Product People, my goal was to create a guide that could help product leaders focus on one critical part of their role: people development. I wanted to equip heads of product with tools, frameworks, and ideas to nurture their teams and grow their product managers into their best selves.

The response to the book was overwhelming. I heard from leaders around the world who were applying the ideas, running better 1:1s, fostering growth in their teams, and creating stronger product organizations.
